Air pollution is described as one of the worst health crisis of our time, contributing to chronic illness in children and adults and causing tens of thousands of deaths in the UK every year. Our Single Door Screen is fitted with RESPILON® Clean Air membrane to help you combat this problem. Now in its 5th generation, the membrane protects your building from harmful air particulates

Steel hinges allow easy opening and closing, with the option to lift the screen off and store during the cooler months. A mid bar with integrated handle gives additional strength and an easy way to open and close the screen. Magnetic catches hold the screen in the closed position.

You can choose a White or Anthracite Grey frame and we also offer a colour coating service if you need to match a specific paint colour. This screen represents a wise investment if you are looking for a good long-term solution rather than a cheap short-term fix. Both the frames and membrane will last for many years, the membrane can also be removed and replaced if needed.

The kit is supplied with all necessary screen materials, fixings, a spline tool for fitting the mesh and a set of instructions. Most importantly - we are the end of the phone if you need some help.

Please note: To make this screen you will need to mitre-cut the aluminium frames using a mitre box and good hacksaw or preferably a mitre saw. Construction also requires measuring, drilling, and screwing so we would not recommend this kit for DIY beginners. If DIY is not for you, we have a made to measure option which can be selected below.

How does this screen work?

The screen is fitted directly to your door frame to create a seal between the back of the screen and the door frame and the membrane does the rest. The screen is fitted with steel lift off hinges on one side and magnetic catches on the other. When you open your door, you close the screen to cover the opening.
